Rollie Miles, Part Deux
To review:
About a month ago, I noticed that FOODLOT had painted over the mural on the overhead door on the south end of the Rollie Miles Athletic Field bleachers. I shot a few pictures and sent them to the folks at Foundmonton who posted them a few days later. Understandably and unsurprisingly, the reaction to this act was pretty uniformly negative. Then, the city and the media took notice, and that reaction escalated.
Went by Rollie Miles earlier today, and shot these photos of the north end of the bleachers. The work is unsigned, and the masking tape suggests that it is unfinished (and perhaps interrupted). The south side door has been whitewashed as well.
